The Poisoned 068: DABAN MODEL 6642S - MG PHENEX NARRATIVE VER

 I guess it was just a matter of time before they [Daban] decided to copy the Phenex as well. I will be honest, I am not very much familiar with the difference of the normal Phenex and the Narrative version. Is it just the tail on the Shields?

Anyways, I just hope the quality is good. The big problem here would be the nub marks if they parts are not undergated. We got a lot of new things from Bandai, including the Casval RX 78 2. If Bandai saw these updates from Daban again, we should prepare for the worst that they can be shut down again and will be gone for a couple of years, or maybe even permanent. As long as Daban is still here, people should already get the rare ones just to be sure.

The Last Poison and Review?

After a long while I have been thinking of stepping it up. Many of my friends and other builders have suggested this to me and I think I should start preparing for it now. My work here is done and I won't post anymore reviews or news here. Am I quitting? No. I want to enter a bigger territory and that is YouTube. :)

Yes. My review for Astray Blue Frame 3rd might be the first series of videos inside the channel once I finish making preparations. It's going be a lot more work than writing because I have to edit videos now and that's not really my specialty. The first videos or recordings will be crappy as well but I will slowly save some funds to improve them.

I will edit this last post and post the channel once it goes live. :)

Update 17/03/2021: Due to some delays in my expected funds, I will have to wait until I can finally start recording. I also need a second kit in order to make at least 5-7 weeks worth of videos (probably 1 video per week). Upload intervals will be shortened I can handle getting new kits every month.

The Poisoned 058: ZERO GRAVITY'S BLOOD BLADE MODEL

 And here I thought that Zero Gravity will become a brand similar like Elyn and I was really worried if I will make it on time to get a kit of Judge Gundam. Now, I just got tips from colleagues and friends that Zero Gravity revealed another model. If this is the same with their Judge Gundam where the rest of the parts are all DIY, then I am all in for this. Pricing however would surely be the same with Judge. Anyways, I hope I can get more images in the future like the runners and stuff (if there are even runners).

The Poisoned 057: DABAN MODEL 006A - HGBD:R VEETWO

Don't get your hopes up because I am not sure if this is true. The image below is just a screenshot from Shopee, but yes, the news is now spreading. I did received rumors and a few pictures about it from friends and colleagues but I saw the watermark - "dalong.net". That means the pictures shown is Bandai.  But they are saying that Daban is planning to make one and this is the one on the box that could be... legit? I'm really confused. 

Let's talk about this box which is an interesting pointer. Knowing Daban after their issue with Bandai, they've started releasing MGs and their latest PG without any box arts. All boxes they have released until now are either all white or all black with just the number or the code of the model. Same goes with their construction manuals if and only if they even have one. But in here, they have a fully detailed box art like they did way back. We see the 006A on top, no "gundam" on the name and they used the word "unit" instead, and we get the usual Chinese characters below that name. This is really strange to suddenly go all-out again. Funny that I don't see any logo of Daban Model, but it's just probably their way of hiding? Well if they wanted to hide, then they should've continued going for the full white box or full black box. They could even change it a bit with the color coding and use the same bluish green instead with just the number of the model.

Anyways, if this is true then it's good news for those who want to buy a cheaper alternative. And it's been quite a long time since Daban Model released an HG kit. If I can get other source, I will post it up to confirm this news.

The Poisoned 056: 1/100 Zabanya (Full Resin) of HAMMER-CAT

 I got a tip from a friend that certain page in Facebook posted images of Zabanya. It was mentioned as a 1/100 model so you might probably need an Inner Frame from the 00 series we currently have. I can't read the Chinese characters but they mentioned it's a full resin kit. Bad news for us straight builders and good news for the ones who have good skill in painting. I still have hope that another 3rd-party brand will make one in the future. If Bandai goes first, that would be nice.

I don't have any information with the Hammer-Cat brand as well. Al I know is that they have released a 1/60 Virtue Full Resin kit and that's it.

The Posioned 055-B: PG Exia of Daban Model

First, these images came from modeljeen and you can check their page here (CLICK HERE). They are quite updated when it comes to bootleg and Bandai kits.

Okay, as a start, the box is really huge and it's going to be a real pain how to hide it from your parents and/or partners. Next is that I am amazed they managed to give out all the add-ons in a single package. I hope they will be able to continue this instead of a separate purchase.

Base from the picture I think I counted 71 runners and that's a lot of runners. I rechecked DM's Unicorn and they have 68 runners. But the main attraction here coming from my fellow builders is the LED that is included in the kit. I am not sure if they will include a separate one for the TRANS-AM mode or there's a switch for that to change the color. :v

Anyways, the price for this kit will range about 6000php and that's twice the price of your average bootleg perfect grade. I am still thinking if I should get this in the future or just stick with the MG's.
